ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ(ಸುವರ್ಣಸೌಧ): ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಳದ 157ನೇ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುವಾರ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ದಿನದ ಕಲಾಪವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸಭಾಪತಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಹೊರಟ್ಟಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುವರ್ಣಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನದ ಕಲಾಪ ಆರಂಭಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಸುದ್ಧಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಪ್ರತಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುವಾರ ನಡೆಯುವ ಇಡೀ ದಿನದ ಕಲಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರ, ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯುವ ಸೂಚನೆ, ಶೂನ್ಯ ವೇಳೆ ಇದ್ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡದೇ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಮಹದಾಯಿ, ಕಳಸಾ ಬಂಡೂರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಅರಣ್ಯಭೂಮಿ ಅತೀಕ್ರಮಣ, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ಥರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಹಾರೋಪಾಯಗಳು., ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ ರೈತರು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಯೋಜನೆ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಂದು ಇಡೀ ದಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಚರ್ಚೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಸದನವನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
